Product Sizing Guide

Dogs need collars, leashes, and harnesses to move safely around their world.
Ours are made in the US and are US Coast Guard strength-tested.

COLLARS

All dogs need collars. . .
For restraint, for carrying identification, for safely moving around their world on a leash, and for announcing that they belong to someone, our collars are engineered for safety, built for comfort, and a fashion statement!

The Standard Flat Collar is the go-to collar for most dogs. This traditional collar works perfectly for dogs well-behaved (or trained) on a leash and who are unlikely to pull while out and about.

The Martingale also known as the Limited Slip Collar, is a humane reminder to a dog not to pull when on a leash ... they have an extra loop as part of the collar’s construction and the limited and gentle tightening also prevents dogs with heads smaller than their necks from backing out of the collar. Martingales are a great choice for greyhounds, dachshunds, collies, whippets, and many terriers... indeed, the martingale will discourage virtually any dog from pulling.

Collars are available in many different designs depending on width.

LEASHES

A good, sturdy leash is an absolute must have. . .
To keep your dog close by and under control with all the excitement out there, we have both 4’ and 6’ lengths, with 6’ by far the most popular.

Our leashes are available in three widths—Toy (½“ for dogs under 10 pounds only), Narrow (¾ “), and Wide (1 ¼ “). All three sizes have proportionately sized slide-bolt snap clips for your comfort and theirs.

Leashes are available in many different designs depending on width.

HARNESSES

Some dogs need harnesses . . .
Most dogs will benefit from a choke-free harness that distributes pressure away from their necks and throats to their chests and backs.

The Roman Harness is a superb option for pugs, terriers, beagles, bull dogs, and spaniels as well as breeds with long backs like cavaliers and dachshunds.

The Step-in Harness is a universal option, serving literally any size dog from tiny to giant, and very easy to put on and take off.

The Walking Harness prevents pulling in dogs for whom pulling is a constant, offering consistent and gentle guidance without stress or discomfort.

The Step-in and Roman harnesses have leash connections on the top of the back while the Walking Harness clips in the front chest.
All make it easier, safer, and far more comfortable for dogs to safely navigate a world filled with attractions and distractions and are invaluable in preventing neck and throat injuries.

The Step-in and Roman harnesses come in many different designs depending on width.
The Walking Harness comes in plain black.
